Tasks and Duties

• Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
• Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
• Propose initiatives and forge relationships with marketing partners to ensure continuous growth in brand awareness
• Work with the communications team to ensure brand integrity in all of our external communications.
• Plan and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements and other marketing initiatives.
• Work with other members of the team to meet deadlines in the release of promotional material
• Develop cost-effective marketing strategies and collect monthly data to assess their effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Public Relations or related fields
• Fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented and methodical approach to work.
• Creative and adaptable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Desirables

Active working knowledge of the tourism industry in Hungary. Previous experience working within tourism related fields.

• Full-time employment
• Salary: Nettó 350,000 - 400,000Ft + bonuses (Experience dependent).
