Structured Finance Professional
- Get involved, end-to-end, in the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex loan transactions
- Conduct in-depth industry research and company analysis
- Review and challenge due diligence materials, company valuations and business plans
- Build and analyse financial models, including debt structures and covenants
- Draft and negotiate term sheets
- Prepare credit applications and make presentations for credit committees
- Contribute to negotiation of loan documentation and manage closing processes
- Work closely with advisors, auditors, lawyers and various in-house teams
