This site is a small, independently run job listing aggregator. We don't have a marketing or legal team — this policy is written in plain language on purpose, and it only covers what this site actually does, nothing more.

What this site is

English Speaking Jobs in Hungary collects publicly available job postings from company career pages and displays them in one place, filtered for roles that don't require Hungarian or another non-English language. Every listing links out to the employer's own official application page. We are not the employer, a recruiter, or a job application platform — we don't process job applications, and we're not affiliated with any company whose listings appear here.

What we collect, and why

Job listing content. We store the text of publicly posted job ads (title, company, location, description). This isn't personal data about you — it's information published by employers about open roles.

The "report a problem" button. If you flag a listing, we store the listing it relates to, whatever note you choose to type, and the time it was submitted. We don't collect your name, email, or any identifying information through this button — only what you type into the note field, which is entirely optional.

The contact form. If you use the contact form, we store your message, and your name and email only if you choose to provide them (both are optional — leave them blank to stay anonymous). We use this solely to read and, where an email is given, reply to your message. We don't use it for marketing and we don't share it with anyone else.

What we don't collect. We don't require accounts or logins, we don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't run analytics scripts that build a profile of you across visits.

Third parties

This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a direct request to Google's servers to fetch those fonts — Google may log standard request data (like your IP address) as part of that, under Google's own privacy policy. We don't otherwise embed third-party trackers, ad networks, or analytics on this site.

Clicking "Apply" on a listing takes you to the employer's own website. Anything you submit there — your CV, application details, anything else — is covered by that employer's privacy policy, not ours. We have no visibility into what happens after you leave this site.

How long we keep it

Job listings are refreshed regularly and removed once they're no longer open or haven't been reconfirmed in a while. Report notes and contact messages are kept only as long as needed to review and act on them, and are deleted on request (see below).

Your rights

If you submitted a report or a contact message and want it deleted, or you want to know what we hold about you, just ask via the contact form — since we collect so little to begin with, this is usually a quick, direct process rather than a formal one.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects or does changes meaningfully, we'll update this page. We don't expect to make that a habit.
