Tasks and Duties

• Building and nurturing relationships with reselling partners
• Providing assistance and support to reselling partners to maximise their sales
• Ensuring the highest level of client care to promote long-term working relationships
• Communicating with activity providers to ensure speedy and reliable service
• Regularly meeting with management to discuss feedback and requests from clients
• Identifying opportunities to grow the business with existing clients
• Collaborating with the sales team to reach new prospective clients
• Record-keeping and handling payments and invoices

Requirements

• Experience working in client-centered roles
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• High proficiency in English
• Strong ability forge and nurture personal and professional relationships
• Exemplary time management skills
• Ability to work towards multiple deadlines at once
