Tasks and Duties

• Help ensure the general wellbeing of guests at the hostel/hotel you are positioned in.
• Assist hostel/hotel receptionists with general tasks such as check-in and helping guests to their room.
• Ensure that all guests are aware of house rules and important information about the accommodation
• Entertain guests of the hotel or hostel you are positioned in and encourage socialising between guests.
• Plan and organise in-house socials and mixers.
• Promote and sell activities available through Ultimate Budapest as well as those provided by the hostel/hotel.
• Lead groups of guests from the hostel/hotel to the designated daily activity or nighttime event.

Requirements

• High level of motivation and confidence
• High level of spoken English and communication skills.
• Ability to work individually as well as part of a diverse team.
• Ability to lead others while maintaining a friendly and approachable manner

Desirables

Previous experience working in Hostels and Hotels. Fluency in other EU languages

• Basic wage + commission on ticket sales (300-1000Ft per ticket)
